You and your family can rely on our friendly and knowledgeable staff to make your stay at St. Luke's a most successful one. Our International Patient Care Center is a full-service department dedicated to meeting your needs and requirements.

We provide the following services:

Medical Referrals and Appointment Making
Depending on your needs, we recommend the medical specialists who will personally attend to you, and make the proper arrangements on your behalf.

Hospital Admissions and Discharges
We help plan your stay, and assist you from the time of admission to discharge.

Travel Planning and Visitor Information
To ensure a positive experience, we counsel you on the best arrangements you can have for your stay at St. Luke's, and provide logistical support for your travel requirements, from airline ticketing, land transportation, to room reservations.

Medical Evacuation and Repatriation
We aim to assist in the smooth and safe medical evacuation and repatriation of patients.

Airport Meeting and Transfer Service
From your arrival at the airport, we may provide transfer services to and from St. Luke's via limousine, ambulance or taxi.

Interpreter and Secretarial Service
A array of services ranging from a Japanese interpreter to secretarial service, as well as other related business services such as courier, flat-screen desktop PC with Internet and WIFI connection, fax and photocopying services, are provided.

Concierge Service
From tours, foreign currency exchange, and related concerns, our concierge service is ready to meet your every need.
