Welcome to St. Luke's Medical Center! To ensure a pleasant visit, visitors are requested to take note of the following schedules, directions, and policies:

Visitors are requested to pass the Main Lobby entrance from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.. Only two (2) visitors per patient will be allowed to enter the medical center beyond 10:00 p.m.. Handwashing before entering a patient's room is promoted in the medical center.

Viewing Time:

 

10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Policies:

1. Newborn babies are kept warm in the Nursery Unit for the first 4 to 5 hours after birth; hence, they cannot be viewed right away.     
2. Wheelchairs are not allowed inside the Nursery Unit.
3. Picture taking and videotaping are allowed only during viewing time.

1. Visitors are not allowed to remain in the room after visiting hours.
2. A maximum of two (2) visitors at a time are allowed in the room.
3. Visitors are advised to wash their hands before entering the intensive care units. Flowers are not allowed inside the units.

Visiting Hours:

* Visiting time is limited to five (5) minutes per visitor only.

Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Visiting hours are the same as with Nursery. Only parents or babies admitted at the Neonatal ICU are allowed to enter the unit.
